We buy whole barrels which we bring to our shop in Brussels.

So everyone can come with an empty bottle that is filled directly in the shop. It’s an ecological way to taste spirits! Naturally for online sales we offer a pretty bottle with the colors of Brussels and Belgium: indeed, the yellow lion with red claws and red tongue is the emblem of Belgium, and the yellow iris is that of the region of Brussels.

We choose these barrels carefully after a ruthless selection. Each barrel must be unanimous, and of course the success is there!
